Christmas at The Neeld
This Christmas, The Neeld is made for long lunches by the fire, glasses raised with friends, work Christmas parties and evenings that unfold at their own pace.
The fires will be roaring, the logs piled high, and our team ready and waiting to greet you. Winter drinks will be poured, music will be playing softly in the background, and there’ll always be something good making its way from the kitchen. Four-legged friends are welcome too.
Relaxed, generous and quietly festive — just as Christmas in a country pub should be.
We’re doing things a little differently this year. Rather than a set Christmas menu, we’ve put together a festive menu with plenty of choice. Alongside the full Christmas feast, you’ll find familiar pub classics, a few less expected dishes and plenty worth sharing around the table.
For turkey and all the trimmings, just let us know when you book. Our fresh turkeys require at least 48 hours’ notice, giving the kitchen time to prepare everything properly.
Think crisp roast potatoes, seasonal greens, rich gravy, all the classic trimmings and puddings worth lingering over.
Whether it’s a long lunch with family, drinks with friends, a work Christmas party or a quiet table by the fire, come early, stay late and let us look after the rest.
Bring the people you want around the table. We’ll take care of everything else.
Good food, good company, no rush.
